There's tons of free graphics, cliparts, images, borders and tutorial you can find in the Internet. All you have to do is to search for the right keyword.
Reply:I am not sure of any free sites for what your looking for, but http://www.istockphoto.com has some really low cost options for some great quality royalty free artwork.
You can create your own in photoshop or similar program. Illustrator has some great frame options too....its not so simple to just go telling you HOW to use a program you have never used before though, that takes time! If your handy w/ software, try searching out PS frame and border tutorials. There is a lot out there.
