I was watching E! this morning and they showed a photo of a gorgeous green and yellow, floral print dress. It was a strapless fitted bust with a fluffier/more party bottom half. It was about knee length. I've been searching E! online, among other places, and cannot seem to find out who designed it. Any ideas?
