Can someone help me find a dress?

I am looking to purchase a dress I want the fabric to be black lace, kind of like a floral print, I would like it to be SHORT. I am about 5' 2" I fit into a size 1. If they're is someone talented out there and would like to design the dress for me this would be even better. Oh yeah I'm trying to upset my husband with this dress so please the SEXIER the BETTER!!!!! Thank you.
